Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team in the Warwick, RI area. Under the direction of Physical Therapists, you will help patients with mobility and functional impairments using therapeutic modalities.

This role emphasizes improving mobility and independence in daily living, with a preference for candidates with home health experience and at least one year of clinical practice.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in the employed state.
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of home health experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist patients with mobility and functional impairments under supervision of Physical Therapists.
• Help patients improve mobility, independence in self-care and daily living activities.

Responsibilities

Our Physical Therapy Assistants work under the direction of our Physical Therapists and treat patients with physical impairments through the use of physical modalities. The goal is to assist persons who are physically challenged to improve mobility and function, independent self-care, other skills necessary for functioning in daily living.

Qualifications

• Be currently licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant - PTA in the state of employment.
• A minimum of one year of clinical experience is preferred.
• A minimum of one year of home health experience is preferred.
