Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our home health team in Colorado Springs. The PTA will work under Physical Therapists to help patients improve mobility and independence through skilled modalities and therapy plans.

Ideal candidates will hold an active PTA license in the state and have at least one year of clinical and home health experience. This is a patient-focused role within a collaborative care environment that supports ongoing

Responsibilities

Our Physical Therapy Assistants work under the direction of our Physical Therapists and treat patients with physical impairments through the use of physical modalities. The goal is to assist persons who are physically challenged to improve mobility and function, independent self-care, other skills necessary for functioning in daily living.
