Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our patient-centered care team in Sebring, Florida. You will work under supervising Physical Therapists to deliver modalities and therapeutic interventions that help clients improve mobility, independence and daily living skills.

Your role emphasizes compassionate care, reliable transportation and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be a currently licensed PTA in the state of employment.
• Must possess a valid state drivers license.
• Must possess automobile liability insurance.
• Must have dependable transportation, kept in good working condition.
• Must be able to drive automobile in all types of weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Work under direction of Physical Therapists.
• Treat patients with physical impairments using physical modalities.
• Help patients improve mobility, function, self-care and daily living skills.

Responsibilities

Our Physical Therapist Assistants work under the direction of our Physical Therapists and treat patients with physical impairments through the use of physical modalities. The goal is to assist persons who are physically challenged to improve mobility and function, independent self-care, other skills necessary for functioning in daily living.
