Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to provide compassionate, patient-centered care in the home setting. You will work under the supervision of Physical Therapists to improve mobility, independence, and daily living activities for patients across our community.

The role emphasizes caring for individuals in their homes, collaborating with therapists, and contributing to positive outcomes.

Formación

• Must be a currently licensed PTA in the state of employment.
• Must possess a valid state driver's license.
• Must possess automobile liability insurance.
• Must have dependable transportation, kept in good working condition.
• Must be able to drive automobile in all types of weather conditions.

Responsabilidades

• Treat patients with physical impairments through the use of physical modalities.
• Help patients improve mobility and function, independent self-care, and daily living skills.
• Work under the direction of Physical Therapists to support outcomes.

Responsibilities

Our Physical Therapist Assistants work under the direction of our Physical Therapists and treat patients with physical impairments through the use of physical modalities. The goal is to assist persons who are physically challenged to improve mobility and function, independent self-care, other skills necessary for functioning in daily living.
