Enhabit Home Health & Hospice in Arizona is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our home health team. You will work under the supervision of Physical Therapists to help patients improve mobility and daily living skills using therapeutic modalities.

The role requires an active PTA license in the state, a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to drive in all weather. We offer competitive benefits and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Must be a currently licensed PTA in the state of employment
• Must possess a valid state driver's license
• Must possess automobile liability insurance
• Must have dependable transportation, kept in good working conditions
• Must be able to drive automobile in all types of weather conditions.
