Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to support our therapists in delivering in-home rehabilitation services. You will work with patients to improve mobility, independence and daily living skills using evidence-based modalities.

Qualifications

• Must be a currently licensed PTA in the state of employment.
• Must possess a valid state driver’s license.
• Must possess automobile liability insurance.
• Must have dependable transportation and be able to drive in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home physical therapy services under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Assist patients to improve mobility, independence, and daily living skills using prescribed modalities.

Responsibilities

Our Physical Therapist Assistants work under the direction of our Physical Therapists and treat patients with physical impairments through the use of physical modalities. The goal is to assist persons who are physically challenged to improve mobility and function, independent self-care, other skills necessary for functioning in daily living.
