Job summary

Preferred Therapy Solutions is seeking a full-time float Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) based in West Hartford, CT, with the duty to float to multiple Hartford-region facilities as needed. You will deliver compassionate therapy services to residents in sub-acute and skilled nursing settings, helping patients reach independence.

Qualifications

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate PTA services in a sub-acute facility.
• Collaborate with rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team environment.
• Possess a current Physical Therapy Assistant license or be license eligible to practice in CT.
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation.
• Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation.
• Be flexible with hours and able to float across multiple facilities.

Responsibilities

Overview A full-time float Physical Therapy Assistant, (PTA), position is now available based in our sub-acute/skilled nursing facility located in West Hartford, CT. The successful candidate will float to multiple facilities in the Hartford region as needed.

Good Faith Rate Range: $28/hr - $34/hr

Requirements:

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility
• Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment
• Possess a current Physical Therapy Assistant license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed
