Preferred Therapy Solutions in Putnam, CT, is seeking a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department. The role offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus and competitive hourly pay in the range of $29–$37 per hour.

You will collaborate with rehab therapists and nursing staff to deliver compassionate care, maintain electronic documentation, and support residents’ independence. CT licensure or eligibility is required, and flexible hours are available.

Qualifications

• Must have a current PTA license or be eligible to practice in CT.
• Experience in sub-acute or skilled nursing settings preferred.
• Proficient with electronic documentation and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting.

Responsibilities And Qualifications

The qualified candidate will:

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting
• Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment
• Possess a current Physical Therapy Assistant license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation
• Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation
• Work well with others in a team setting
• Be flexible with hours.

Good Faith Rate Range: $29/hr - $37/hr
