Preferred Therapy Solutions is seeking a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join a sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department in Farmington, ME. The successful candidate will split time between two facilities nearby, with travel time and mileage paid when traveling between sites on the same day.

Qualifications

• Provide comprehensive therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting
• Collaborate with rehab therapists and nursing staff
• PTA license current or license-eligible to practice in the state employed
• Strong computer skills: Outlook, Word, Excel; electronic documentation experience
• Attention to detail and timeliness with documentation
• Team player and flexible hours

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting
• Work collaboratively with rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment
• Possess a current Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation
• Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation
• Work well with others in a team setting
• Be flexible with hours.

A full-time Physical Therapy Assistant, (PTA), position is available in our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department located in Farmington, ME. The successful candidate will split time between two facilities located minutes apart. Travel time and mileage are paid when traveling in between two facilities on one day.
