Job summary

Symbria is partnering with Phoebe Homes in Allentown, PA to hire a Full Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) who will support geriatric care across Short/Long Term Rehab, Assisted/Independent Living, Outpatient and Home Health on campus.

The PTA will collaborate with the Physical Therapist, deliver tailored treatments, maintain documentation, and help patients achieve meaningful outcomes in a supportive, ESOP-owned environment that values clinician growth and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Hold a valid or pending state PTA license.
• Available to rotate scheduled every 3rd or 4th Saturday.
• CPR Certification (or be able to obtain before hire date).
• New grads eager to work with geriatric population are encouraged to apply!

As a Full Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), you will work closely with the Physical Therapist to establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be required to maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation. More importantly, you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.

Qualifications

• Be a graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapist Assistants.
