Carle Health is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist Assistant to evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, developmental, vestibular and functional conditions. Implements plan of care under the physical therapist's guidance across all ages.
The role offers sign-on bonus and relocation assistance for moves over 50 miles, and requires BLS within 30 days, IL PTA licensure, and ongoing education to comply with program requirements.
The Physical Therapist Assistant evaluates and treats patients with a wide range of rehabilitative needs, including orthopedic, neurological, developmental, vestibular, and functional conditions resulting from injury, illness, disease, or age-related changes.
Implements plan of care as provided by the physical therapist, treating patients of all ages. Serves as a role model in delivery of professional services and as a clinical resource for staff and students.

The compensation range for this position is $23.79per hour - $39.73per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
