Frontline Personnel is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team at 99 Golden Hill Dr, Kingston, NY 12401. A $3,000 SIGN ON BONUS is offered for full-time employment.

The role involves providing PTA services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist in a long-term care rehab setting. We offer full-time/per-diem shifts with flexible schedules, and benefits including health, dental and vision plans, plus a 401k match.

Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Qualifications:

• A Current Physical Therapist Assistant(PTA)license by the State is REQUIRED.
• Experience is preferred, however we are accepting new grads.

Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Responsibilities:

As a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) at Frontline Personnel, under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, you will perform a variety of tasks in a Long-Term Care rehab, Skilled Nursing Facility for elderly patients including:

• Carry out patient-related activities and therapeutic interventions.
• Provide services to help maximize independence and maintain health for individuals limited by:
• Physical injury or illness
• Cognitive impairment
• Psychosocial dysfunction
• Mental illness
• Developmental or learning disability
• Adverse environmental conditions
