Powerback Rehabilitation is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant to help patients regain their strength and independence in an in-facility setting. You will implement therapy plans, monitor progress, and adjust treatments under the Director of Rehab's guidance.

The role emphasizes compassionate care, teamwork, and commitment to high-quality service. This is a full-time, in-facility position with opportunities for mentorship and professional growth across the Powerback network.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program certified by the American Physical Therapy Association.
• Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required by the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Implement physical therapy programs and activities, follow developed recovery plans, and deliver therapy treatments.
• Collaborate with the rehab team to provide patient-centered care and support throughout recovery.
• Focus on restoring, reinforcing, and enhancing patients' physical abilities while adapting to their needs.

Education

As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you help patients get well. You are the person who can bring their power back. In doing this, you will implement physical therapy programs and activities, follow developed recovery plans, and deliver therapy treatments.
