Qualifications

• Active Missouri PTA License is required.
• BLS Certification is required.
• Minimum 1 year PTA experience (LTC or Rehab) is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist PT in implementing treatment plans.
• Support patients with exercises, mobility, and rehabilitation activities.
• Perform therapeutic techniques including stretching and balance training.
• Monitor patient response and report progress to PT.
• Educate patients and families on home care techniques.
• Assist with transfers (wheelchair, walker, etc.).
• Maintain therapy area and equipment.
• Complete documentation and administrative tasks.
