Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to implement physical therapy programs in a facility setting. You will deliver treatments, monitor progress, and help restore patients’ physical abilities under the direction of rehab leadership.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program certified by the APTA.
• Licensed and/or eligible for licensure in the practicing state.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in implementing physical therapy programs and recovery plans.
• Deliver therapy treatments and monitor patient progress.
• Collaborate with the rehab team to restore and enhance physical abilities.
• Address the whole patient and tailor care to individual needs.
• Support collaboration and referrals to ensure optimal patient care.

As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you help patients get well. You are the person who can bring their power back. In doing this, you will implement physical therapy programs and activities, follow developed recovery plans, and deliver therapy treatments.

You're a healer and a helper, which is why you got into this line of work.

You're equally adept at addressing the whole patient and seeing them as an individual. You know your goal is to execute a program that will restore, reinforce, and enhance their physical abilities.

You're adaptable to the needs of the patient and can find joy in the variety of the work and the settings.

You're a teammate and are looking for collaboration with your peers, but you’re also happy to make referrals to help your patient get the care needed to thrive.
