Mills Pond Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant to join our skilled nursing team. The ideal candidate holds a NYS PTA license and is passionate about geriatric care, able to assess and treat residents independently with minimal supervision, and committed to delivering functional activities that enhance residents’ quality of life.

Physical Therapy Assistant

Looking for a full time talented and motivated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team. The position is within a Skilled Nursing facility. Candidate should possess passion for geriatric population, must contain a license in the state of practice, be able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision, and posses the desire to perform functional therapeutic activities to assist residents improve in their experience.

Full Time and Per Diem Positions Available

Wages

Up to $35/hour (Based on Experience and Shift)

Assist the PT with therapies designed to improve mobility, relieve pain, prevent or limit permanent physical disability and promote overall fitness and wellness in a skilled nursing facility.
