This position involves providing patient-centered rehabilitation in nursing home and skilled nursing settings, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care and support residents’ functional goals.

Qualifications

• Current license as a Physical Therapy Assistant or ability to obtain in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide PTA services to geriatric patients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to plan and implement care.
