Job summary

Preferred Therapy Solutions, LLC is seeking a per-diem Physical Therapy Assistant to join our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department in South Paris, ME. You will deliver comprehensive therapy services and collaborate with rehab therapists and nursing staff to support resident independence.

A current PTA license or licensure eligibility in Maine is required. Candidates should have strong computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel) and proven ability to document accurately and timely.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license or licensure eligible in Maine.
• Experience with electronic documentation and MS Office.
• Strong attention to detail and timeliness in documentation.
• Ability to work well in a collaborative rehab and nursing team.
• Flexibility with hours and per-diem scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate PTA services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing setting.
• Collaborate with rehab therapists and nursing staff to ensure coordinated care.
• Document patient progress accurately and promptly using the facility's EMR.
