Manchester Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join a Skilled Nursing facility team in full-time capacity and as needed PRN. The PTA will support the PT with mobility-focused therapies, assist residents in reducing pain, and help maintain functional independence for an aging population.

Qualified candidates will hold an active PTA license, have the ability to evaluate and treat independently, and prefer SNF experience though not required.

Qualifications

• Active PTA license in the state of practice.
• Ability to evaluate and treat independently without supervision.
• Experience in skilled nursing facilities preferred but not required.
• Passion for geriatric population.

Manchester Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is looking for a full time talented and motivated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team. The position is within a Skilled Nursing facility. Candidate should possess passion for geriatric population, must contain a license in the state of practice, be able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision, and posses the desire to perform functional therapeutic activities to assist residents improve in their experience.

Job Description:

Assist the PT with therapies designed to improve mobility, relieve pain, prevent or limit permanent physical disability and promote overall fitness and wellness in a skilled nursing facility.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
