Compleat Rehab is seeking a devoted Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our outpatient team in Lincolnton, NC. You will collaborate with licensed Physical Therapists to deliver evidence-based care, guide patients through therapeutic exercises, and document progress in compliance with standards.

You will maintain accurate charts, support mobility training and home programs, and contribute to a safe, professional patient experience in a community-focused setting.

• Maintain accurate documentation, ensure charting compliance, and help patients progress through therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and home programs.
• Uphold safety standards while demonstrating professionalism, teamwork, and excellent customer service.

Requirements

• NC PTA License
• Must be adaptable, organized, and professional with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work flexible hours, handle confidential information with integrity, and collaborate effectively across teams.
• Fluency in English required; additional languages a plus.
