Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our in-facility care team. You will support patients' recovery by implementing therapy programs, following established plans, and delivering treatments to restore function.

Graduate of an accredited PTA program, licensed and/or eligible for licensure in our state, you will report to the Director of Rehab and collaborate with therapists to help patients regain strength, mobility, and independence.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program certified by the American Physical Therapy Association.
• Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required by the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Implement physical therapy programs and activities.
• Follow developed recovery plans and deliver therapy treatments.
• Collaborate with therapy team to restore, reinforce and enhance patients' physical abilities.
• Provide patient-centered care with compassion and professionalism.

Education

As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you help patients get well. You are the person who can bring their power back. In doing this, you will implement physical therapy programs and activities, follow developed recovery plans, and deliver therapy treatments.
