Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) – In-Home Lymphedema Care

Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) – Treat patients with chronic lymphedema in their homes. This role is not a traditional home health setting; you’ll provide structured, focused therapy within a proven chronic disease management model. Clinicians receive mentorship, zone-based scheduling, and opportunities to advance through the Clinical Ladder Program.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver in-home lymphedema therapy under PT supervision


• Follow individualized treatment plans


• Complete documentation using Pariox (extra paid time for point‑of‑care notes)


• Participate in team huddles, training, and ongoing clinical development

Compensation

• $50–$60/hour, depending on CLT certification


• Non‑treatment rate: $12/hour (driving, documentation, meetings)


• $10K sign‑on bonus for CLT‑certified candidates (2‑year commitment)


• Paid training at 50% treatment rate


• Driving reimbursement based on drive time
