Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to deliver in-facility therapy, following recovery plans and adapting treatments to patient progress. You will work within a supportive rehab team to help patients regain function and independence.

Our program supports new grads and ongoing professional development with mentorship, CEUs, and opportunities to advance within a growing national network.

Qualifications

• Graduate PTA program accreditation by the APTA.
• Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required by the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Implement physical therapy programs and activities for patients.
• Follow developed recovery plans and deliver therapy treatments.
• Provide patient-centered care and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with the rehab team to adjust plans as needed.
• Support patients and families with compassionate, high-quality care.

As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you help patients get well. You are the person who can bring their power back. In doing this, you will implement physical therapy programs and activities, follow developed recovery plans, and deliver therapy treatments.

You're a healer and a helper, which is why you got into this line of work.

You're equally adept at addressing the whole patient and seeing them as an individual. You know your goal is to execute a program that will restore, reinforce, and enhance their physical abilities.

You're adaptable to the needs of the patient and can find joy in the variety of the work and the settings.
