Job Summary

The PTA will work closely with Physical Therapists to implement treatment plans, assist patients in restoring movement and function, and contribute to their overall recovery and well‑being.

• Provide direct therapy services, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and mobility training.
• Educate patients on therapeutic techniques and proper use of assistive devices.
• Observe and document patient progress and report any changes to the Physical Therapist.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of therapy sessions in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.
• Adhere to ethical and professional standards of practice in physical therapy.

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant license in Missouri.
