Job summary

Folkston Park Care and Rehab in Folkston, GA is seeking a dedicated PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our in-house therapy team under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.

The PTA will assist with implementing treatment plans, provide direct patient care, monitor progress, educate patients and families, document care, and maintain infection-control standards while collaborating with other health professionals to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in physical therapy assisting or related field from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and human physiology.
• Proficiency in providing patient rehab care.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to work in a team.
