Job summary

Personal Touch Home Health Care Services Inc. seeks a Home Care Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Physical Therapist and to help implement treatment plans.

The role requires completing an accredited PTA program, current state licensure, and preferred two years of experience; CPR, strong communication, and willingness to travel are valued. You will document progress and coordinate with physicians and caregivers.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited physical therapy assistant program and current State licensure.
• Minimum of one year’s therapeutic experience, with a preference for two years.
• Strong knowledge of physical therapy principles and treatment for patients with physician orders.
• CPR certification, excellent communication, and organizational skills.
• At least twelve hours of continuing education annually.
• Willingness to travel and adapt to working conditions as needed.
