Health Here in West Virginia is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to support patients within the established plan of care, providing treatment, exercise instruction, and education.

You will follow the supervising PT's plan, assist in gait training, transfers, ADLs, and adapt care to diverse home environments, ensuring safety and accessibility.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice physical therapy assistance in the state (West Virginia).
• Valid driver’s license or access to transportation.
• Preferred: CPR certification within 90 days of hire and mobility ability to assist patients.

• Instruct and assist patients with exercises, gait, transfers, ADLs, safety, and prosthetic training.

• Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, or access to transportation.
• Preferred: CPR certification (within 90 days of hire) and physical ability for mobility assistance.
