Job summary

Southern Illinois Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to support the implementation of the physical therapy plan of care under the supervision of the physical therapist.

Required qualifications include an Associate’s degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Licenses and Certification, Illinois PTA licensure, and BLS. You will contribute to patient progress, ensure accurate documentation, and supervise rehab techs and students as needed.
