Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners in Bluffton, SC is seeking experienced Physical Therapy Assistants for patient-centered, home-based care in Bluffton and surrounding areas. PRN positions available; interdisciplinary teams develop integrated, functional treatment plans in patients' homes and communities.

Ideal candidates hold an associate degree in PT assisting, with CA certification preferred, and strong communication and organizational skills to support durable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapy Assisting from an accredited program is required.
• Bachelor's or Master's in the same discipline preferred.
• Must be certified in the state of California.
• Knowledge of physical therapy principles, standards, equipment use, OSHA and infection control regulations.
• Experience with neurologically related disorders is strongly preferred.
• Excellent planning, organizational, writing, and time management skills.
• Ability to communicate with families, professionals, and co-workers.
• A valid driver's license is required.

We are looking for experienced Physical Therapy Assistants who want to provide truly patient-centered care in Bluffton, SC, and surrounding areas, with PRN positions available. Our interdisciplinary teams create integrated treatment plans that are practiced in patients' homes and communities. Our therapists are creative in their approach and incorporate a variety of activities to ignite interest while addressing functional goals. This evidence-based approach results in durable outcomes.
