Responsibilities

• Administers prescribed therapy under direct supervision of licensed physical therapist.
• Observes and notes treatment effectiveness; reports to therapist.
• Maintains required patient and departmental records and cosigns notes as required.
• Instructs and demonstrates therapeutic procedures to be continued by patient at home.
• Operates and maintains departmental equipment safely and accurately.
