• Valid professional license in the state of practice.
• Graduate of CAPTE accredited school, or equivalent for foreign-trained.

Responsibilities

• Assist in executing the Physical Therapy care plan/treatment.
• Perform clinical tasks and documentation timely and accurately.
• Follow established policies and procedures for scope of practice.
• Recognize and respond to priorities in patient care.
• Complete all required orientation, in-services, and trainings.
• Perform other related duties as necessary.
