Apploi is seeking a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant to work under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist in a long-term care setting in Illinois. You will implement treatment plans, monitor patient progress, and collaborate with the PT to optimize mobility, safety, and independence for residents.

Responsibilities include administering prescribed treatments, documenting motor function changes, and communicating patient needs with the supervising PT.

Qualifications

• Active/Valid Illinois license as Physical Therapy Assistant.

Responsibilities

• Administering prescribed PT treatments to relieve pain and improve function.
• Provides PT services under supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Relays information and referrals to the Physical Therapist on service requests.
• Implements and adjusts the patient’s treatment plan under PT supervision.
• Measures and records patient’s motor function, strength, and muscle performance.
