Mercy is seeking a Physical Medicine Coordinator in Moore, OK to oversee education, clinical practices, and staff development in the Inpatient Physical Medicine Department. This role collaborates with leadership, technical and professional schools, and content experts to provide educational opportunities and improve staff competence.

The Physical Medicine Coordinator assumes responsibility for all related activities related to competence in the provision of high quality and safe patient care in the Inpatient Physical Medicine Department. Collaborates with leadership, technical and professional schools, and other content experts/educators to provide educational opportunities and improve student and staff competence.

Position Details

Education: Successful completion of an accredited (PT, OT) therapy assistant program.
Licensure: Current state license to practice PTA, COTA.
Experience: At least 2 years' experience in a hospital acute care therapy setting.
Certification: Must have a current Healthcare Provider card or complete a course within their probationary period.
