The Creston Health & Rehabilitation in Portland, OR is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant to join a patient-focused team. You will work under a supervising PT to implement treatment plans and help patients regain mobility.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy Assistant, PTA

• Licensed in state of practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant, PTA; license in good standing.

• Previous skilled nursing facility (SNF) experience highly preferred.

• Excellent customer service skills.
