Job summary

Indiana Total Therapy, LLC seeks a Physical Therapy Assistant to support treatment programs and patient care in our PA clinic. You will perform treatment procedures, assist with pre-established programs, and communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff.

A PTA degree is required and BLS certification is mandatory or to be obtained within 1 month of hire. Eligibility or licensure in Pennsylvania is required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required for PTA.
• BLS certification required or obtained within 1 month of hire.
• Eligible or licensed in Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities

• Perform treatment procedures commensurate with training and education.
• Assist with implementing pre-established programs.
• Perform tasks related to the routine operation of the department.
• Utilize excellent interpersonal communication to interact with patients, families, and staff.
• Utilize sound clinical judgment and decision-making to function in an independent environment.
• Able to convey directions and interact with patients with multiple age-specific needs.
