Job summary

Belle Care is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to support residents under the supervision of a Physical Therapist in a compassionate, team-focused environment. You will assist with treatment and documentation to help residents maintain or regain the highest possible independence.

The role offers flexible scheduling (full-time, part-time, and per diem) with competitive benefits and opportunities for growth within the facility in New Jersey.

Qualifications

Active NJ PTA license required.
Experience assisting in physical therapy settings preferred.
Strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Follow physicians' orders and directions of the Physical Therapist.
Provide treatment to maintain or improve residents' function.
Educate residents or caregivers to support ongoing care.
Maintain timely resident reports as required by regulatory agencies.
Observe infection control procedures and ensure safety.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and facility staff.
