Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant to deliver high-quality therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. The role requires implementing individualized treatment plans, supervising Rehab Technicians where applicable, and maintaining professionalism to support patient outcomes.

Qualifications

Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program.
Valid Physical Therapy Assistant state license.
Must maintain confidentiality and comply with state practice acts.

Responsibilities

Deliver physical therapy and related services under supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
Implement treatment plans and supervise Rehab Technicians as applicable.
Maintain professional demeanor and ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and facility staff.
Adhere to infection control and safety protocols.
