Preferred Therapy Solutions in Farmington, ME is seeking a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to support residents in a sub-acute rehabilitation setting. The role splits time between two nearby facilities, with travel time and mileage paid between locations on the same day.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license or license-eligible to practice in ME.
• Ability to provide comprehensive therapy in sub-acute/skilled nursing setting.
• Strong documentation and computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Team-based collaboration with rehab and nursing staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting.
• Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team environment.
• Possess a current PTA license or be license-eligible to practice in the state employed.
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Outlook, Word, Excel and experience with electronic documentation.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and timeliness with documentation.
• Work well with others in a team setting.
• Be flexible with hours.
