Job summary

Cypress Physical Therapy is seeking a licensed physical therapist to join our team. The candidate will work under the direction of the Physical Therapists and administer therapy as prescribed, including in-office and patient home visits.

Qualifications

• Licensed physical therapist or eligible to be licensed.
• Not required but experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Administer physical therapy as prescribed by physician and directed by PT.
• Perform therapeutic exercises and neurodevelopmental re-education.
• Record patient progress and communicate with supervising therapists.
• Provide home programs and patient education for independence.
• Document treatment plans and modifications as needed.
• Conduct office duties and assist in equipment setup.
