Deliver physical therapy treatments under the direction of a Physical Therapist.
Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, gait training, and mobility activities.
Monitor patient performance and communicate progress to the supervising PT.
Support rehabilitation goals through individualized treatment interventions.
Complete accurate and timely documentation.
Educate patients and families on safety and mobility strategies.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams.
Qualifications
LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Associate degree from an accredited PTA program.
Current Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state of practice.
New graduates encouraged to apply.
Rehabilitation or post-acute care experience preferred.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
