You will assess their physical abilities, develop tailored rehabilitation programs, and implement therapeutic interventions that promote recovery and restore mobility. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care and ensure the best outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to determine their needs and recovery goals.Design and implement individualized rehabilitation plans based on assessment findings.Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities to enhance patient recovery.Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.Collaborate with other therapists, physicians, and support staff to coordinate quality care.Educate patients and their families about recovery processes and home exercise programs.Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatment plans and patient progress.-caseload would be 11-15 kids across 2 buildings- this would include A, B, and C grid services -- no PTA supervisionRequirements:Master's degree in Physical Therapy or related fieldCurrent state licensure or certification as a Physical TherapistStrong assessment and critical thinking skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to work as part of a collaborative teamPassion for helping patients achieve their recovery goalsBenefits:1099 Contract positionSalary: $70-80 per hour
