Big Bend Hospice in Tallahassee, FL is seeking a Part-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support patients at home. You will implement therapy plans under a Physical Therapist, monitor progress, and document outcomes while coordinating with physicians and hospice teams to ensure seamless care.

The ideal candidate holds an Accredited PTA program, a Florida PTA license, and at least 1 year of experience, with BLS/CPR certification and a valid driver's license.

Qualificações

• Must have PTA program graduate status and be eligible for Florida PTA licensure.
• Active Florida PTA license required to practice.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant PTA experience preferred in home health or hospice.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
• Home health or hospice experience preferred but not required.
• Passion for compassionate patient care in the home setting.
