Aegis Therapies is hiring a Physical Therapy Assistant for outpatient services in St. Louis.

The PTA will support residents Monday through Friday with no evenings or weekends, and operate in a setting that may include on-site clinics or patient rooms within the facility. The role emphasizes a patient-centered approach, collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, and opportunities to contribute to scheduling, marketing, and clinic operations.

Qualifications

• Current license as a Physical Therapy Assistant or ability to obtain in the state of practice.
• Previous experience in outpatient settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Treat residents Monday through Friday with no evenings or weekends.
• Provide patient care in an on-site outpatient clinic or residents' rooms as needed.
• Assist with scheduling, marketing efforts, and independent clinic operations.
• Collaborate with care teams to ensure high quality patient care and outcomes.
