Job summary

Varco Home Health is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant to provide one-on-one therapy in patients' homes under a PT's direction. You will lead exercise programs, monitor progress, and educate caregivers to support independence.

The role offers flexible, self-managed scheduling, autonomy in the field, and meaningful, patient-focused care with a steady patient volume.

Qualifications

• Active Texas PTA license required.
• Home health experience preferred.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.
• Ability to work independently in a home setting.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Kinnser/WellSky EMR experience preferred.
