The Pavilion at Piketon for Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our PRN team in Piketon, OH. You will work under a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver therapy services to residents.

Ideal candidates hold an active PTA license in Ohio, an Associate's degree in Physical Therapy, and demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills to support resident goals with empathy and professionalism.

• Ability to adapt, motivate, and support residents of varying abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Assist residents with exercises, mobility training, and functional activities.
• Document progress accurately and timely using facility systems.
• Partner with nursing, therapy, and care teams to support resident goals.
• Encourage residents with positivity, professionalism, and patience.
• Maintain equipment and treatment areas safely and efficiently.
