Legacy Healthcare Services, Inc. seeks a Physical Therapy Assistant (PRN) to join our on-site rehab team serving seniors. The role emphasizes one-on-one therapy, functional treatments, and coordinated care under medical orders.

This PRN position offers a minimum commitment of 8 hours per month to maintain active employment, with opportunities for mentorship, ongoing CEUs, and career growth within a not-for-profit organization.

Qualifications

• Associate's of applied science degree in area of discipline.
• Current license in state of practice.
• Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills.
• Computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Share your skills and training as a valued member of our on-site rehabilitative care team by assisting with rehabilitative services for patients under specific medical orders as part of a coordinated team.
• Provide attentive one-on-one therapy services for residents, administering functional treatments that emphasize a holistic, patient-centered approach to care.
