Job summary

Legacy Healthcare Services is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PRN) to join our on-site rehabilitative care team. The role involves one-on-one therapy services, following medical orders, and contributing to a holistic, patient-centered approach for senior residents.

This position requires a minimum commitment of 8 hours per month to maintain active employment, with a Monday–Friday schedule and comprehensive benefits, mentorship, and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Associate’s of applied science degree in the discipline.
• Current license in state of practice.
• Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills.
• Computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assist with rehabilitative services for patients under medical orders as part of a coordinated team.
• Provide one-on-one therapy services for residents with a holistic, patient-centered approach.
• Receive mentorship and hands-on experience with innovative therapies and technologies.

Pay Range
