Job summary

CommonSpirit Health at Home is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Bristelcone Home Health team, delivering care in patients' homes to improve mobility and independence.

The PTA collaborates with the PT, patients, families, and other clinicians to achieve personalized goals while adhering to regulatory standards; a CPR/BLS certification and an active PTA license are required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from an accredited program.
• Active registered PTA license in the state in which you practice.
• Must obtain and maintain current CPR/BLS Certification.
• One-year Physical Therapy Assistant experience in a clinical setting.
• Current Driver's License and automobile insurance.
• Must comply with federal, state and local laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients in their homes to regain independence by improving mobility, strength, and functional abilities.
• Collaborate with PT, patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to deliver patient-centered care and achieve goals.

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join the CommonSpirit Health at Home Bristelcone Home Health team. The PTA assists patients, in the comfort of their own homes, to regain their independence by improving their mobility, strength, and overall functional abilities. The PTA works collaboratively with the PT, patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to deliver patient-centered care and achieve established goals.

• Mileage Reimbursement - 0.635 cents per mile

Job Requirements

• Associate’s degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from an accredited program


• Active registered PTA license in the state which you practice


• Must obtain and maintain current CPR/BLS Certification


• One-year Physical Therapy Assistant experience in a clinical setting.
