Job summary

Boost Home Healthcare in Colorado is seeking a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant to provide physician-prescribed physical therapy in patients' homes. You will help patients improve function and promote independence while collaborating with a care team.

The role supports a flexible, PRN to part-time schedule with competitive pay and opportunities for advancement. Training and development are available, with a family-like workplace culture and a focus on patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Passion to serve and help others achieve their best lives.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s/Doctorate PTA degree from an accredited program.
• Currently licensed as a Physical Therapy Assistant in the practicing state.
• Minimum 1 year of home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide physician prescribed physical therapy in patients' homes.
• Improve or minimize residual physical disabilities for patients.
• Return patients to optimum and productive level within their capabilities.
• Collaborate with other home care personnel in patient care planning.

• Participate with all other home care personnel in patient care planning.

What We’re Looking For

• A passion to serve and help others live their best lives possible.
• Graduate with a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in physical therapy Assistant from a physical therapist curriculum approved by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education, American Physical Therapy Association, or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association, or the Council of Medical Education of the American Medical Association and American Physical Therapy Association.
• Currently licensed in the state in which practicing
• One (1) year experience preferred in a home health setting

Schedule

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday 8am-5pm
• Weekends as needed

License/Certification

• CPR Certification (Preferred)
• Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (Required)

Job Type And Pay

PRN to Part-time

• $38-45/hr
• Up to 20 hours a week

Compensation: $38.00 - $45.00 per hour
