Healthcare Outcomes Performance Co. (HOPCo) seeks a qualified Physical Therapist Assistant for outpatient clinic work in Flagstaff, AZ. You will be the primary treatment team member for each patient, executing plans of care in line with state board guidelines and maintaining patient confidentiality.

The role requires an Associate’s Degree in PTA and current state certification, with at least one year of outpatient experience and willingness to travel within the community as needed.

Qualifications

  • Requires an Associate’s Degree in Physical Therapist Assisting from an accredited program and must be certified in the state of which physical therapist (PTA) practices.
  • Minimum of one year experience in an out-patient Physical Therapy clinic or equivalent.
  • Current state PTA certification.

  • Executes plan of care within and in full compliance with state board recommendations and guidelines.
  • Responds to patient questions and inquiries to resolve problems and maintain patient standards.

  • Fully integrated as the primary member of the treatment team for each case in caseload.
  • Maintains patient confidentiality.

  • Requires sitting and standing associated with a normal office environment.
  • Requires occasional support all size patients in transfers.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. Demands of kneeling, squatting, overhead lifting.
